An annual $1000 is suggested to be donated to the ADMF each year through fund raising efforts of your own accord or by a personal contribution. This donation is due within six months of being selected as a BOD.
•
An annual $50 BOD fee is required for annual filing fees.
•
A BOD is required to be an active member of the foundation and to be reactive in all meetings, assignments, expeditions, recon missions, public announcements, or any public or private representation of the ADMF’s work.
•
A BOD is required to represent the ADMF in a positive and professional manner at all times.
•
A BOD is required to make a minimal of 2 social media post per month in reference to the ADMF either on the ADMF Facebook or other public or personal sites and tag or notify the President of the ADMF
•
A BOD is required to assist with 1 ADMF event per year and more when needed.
•
A BOD is required to attend and assist with 1 ADMF expedition or recon mission per year.
•
A BOD must complete any and all assignments delegated to them, this includes research or planning before, during, and after expeditions, recon missions, events, workshops, and fundraisers.
•
A BOD must reply to all communications from other BOD’s in an acceptable amount of time (5 days or less).
•
A BOD must follow up with all connections or contacts for potential exploration or other ADMF projects in progress or in planning stages in an acceptable amount of time. (5 days or less)
•
A BOD may use the ADMF foundations name and mission as a personal reference for “professional’ advancements or resume's with the approval of the ADMF President.
•
Any monetary donations, equipment or products made to the ADMF are the sole belongings of the ADMF foundation.
•
A BOD may not miss more than 2 BOD meetings per year.
•
ADMF reserves the right to use all images and video produced during any ADMF event or expedition. The photographer / Videography reserves the copyright.
