Meeting called to order on 29 November 2011 via Internet Meeting Attendees: Curt Bowen, Vice-President Walter Pickel, Secretary David Schott, Treasurer Dan Orr, Director Tomas Iliffe, Director Paul Goransson, Director Jeff Gourley, Director Jeff Toorish, President of ADM Foundation, submits his resignation, effective on November 23rd, 2011. BOD accepts Jeff Toorish resignation. Walter Pickel, Secretary nominates VP Curt Bowen as new president. MOTION PASSES UNANIMOUSLY, Curt Bowen accepts President position, effective November 29th, 2011. Curt Bowen, President nominates Secretary Walter Pickel as Vice President. MOTION PASSES UNANIMOUSLY, Walter Pickel accepts Vice President position, effective November 29th, 2011. First in Order: Banking to be restructured.
